In order to determine the right type of survey that will best address the issues of your organization, involve executives to identify organizational needs. Outline your expected outcome and the possible actions you plan to take after the Organizational Health Check. Use Basic Health Check if you want to focus on training program design; choose Advanced Health Check if you aim to carry out organizational changes to correct fundamental problems, or if you want to effectively measure the results of performance and change management.

We do not recommend the use of Organizational Health Check  before the company has any intention for training development, organizational change, or management ehancement in order not to mislead the employees.

The first step is to register as a user or a member, depending on your need. Next, click "My Survey" and then "Create Survey" on the top navigation menu. Choose the suitable option (of Basic Health Check or Advanced Health Check) and start creating your own survey. For Customized Health Check, please contact OrgBetter or your Local Partner.

Upon the completion of your survey setup, you will receive two email notifications. The first one contains three survey links (for L1 - employees, L2 - junior/middle managers, and L3 - executives). You can enclose these links in your separate emails to each target group of employees to communicate the purpose and process of Organizational Health Check. The second email consists of related charge and payment details. Please make sure that the balance is paid before the survey closes in order to access to your survey reports.

You can log in to our system to review the survey completion status regularly, or as we suggest, when the survey period is 50%, 75%, and 90% over. Identify the employee group (L1, L2 or L3) with lower response rate, email a reminder to this specific group and urge them to complete the survey in time.

Our online survey system allows a survey period up to 30 days. We strongly recommend the time frame to be one to two weeks, or we will miss too many participants with a survey period shorter than that, and observe a plunging response rate with a survey period that is too long.

For Basic Health Check, download the survey report from our online system, and use the report as a starting point for tailor-making training programs.

For Advanced Health Check and Customized Health Check, organize a meeting between your executives, HR managers, and our senior consultants, present the survey report prepared by you or the assigned consultant (the first report will be prepared by the assigned consultant), and faciliate the formulation of follow-up actions.

We suggest that you and your company take 3 actions below within six months following the survey completion to maximize the effectiveness of Organizational Health Check:
1. Keep tracking the execution of improvement plans derived from the survey results.
2. Update corporate executives regularly with the improvement progress, and timely adjust plans when necessary.
3. Assess the need for conducting regular Organizational Health Check at a six-month interval.
